My dad stopped by on his way back from the west for a quick visit yesterday.  Keilan was excited to see him and to spend some time with his Papa.  Of course Caleb had lots of big smiles for him!

As I journey as a parent it is becoming more and more evident to me just how important my life is to my kids' lives.  I have a responsibility to show them Christ in many different facets - so that they can experience Christ in a real and personal way.  I know, it's not dependant on me, but I have the opportunity to train them and teach them in His ways.

I know that my parents have given much of their lives to show me Christ.  They are not perfect, as I am not, but they have tried and I know Christ because of them.  Thanks Mom.  Thanks Dad.  We may live too far apart to have tea together today, but some day...I'll have you over for tea in my golden castle!
