Ok, so today is my birthday.  No, please hold the applause!   Birthdays are strange aren't they?  I mean, I know I'm not old, I am thankful that I'm healthy, I am blessed to be loved by so many...but another year has passed and as I reflect on it I wonder if I've done what God would have me do.  You know the saying, "To age gracefully,"  well that is my birthday wish this year...but maybe not to the extent that the saying usually means.  Yes, I want to age gracefully - healthy, content, active etc. - but this year I want to live my next "age" FULL of GRACE.  I want my life to reflect the glory of the Son and that will require some grace - I'm sure there will be failure along the way!  I want to go when He says GO, I want to give when He says give, I want to surrender when He says LET GO!!  Grace...ah yes, I will need grace.
